The Chapter promotes the exchange among the Provinces, discusses current issues of the Consecrated life and gives necessary life and renewal impulses for the whole Congregation. The Chapter itself symbolically represents the unity of the Congregation and serves the unity among the Provinces.<\/em> The many discussions and resolutions of the 2020 General Chapter resulted in the “Focus”, our homework until the next ordinary General Chapter in 2026.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]

Engaging in conversation with one another about our understanding of vows and leadership. Developing together new forms of living our vows. Leadership training. Creation of a risk analysis and of a safeguarding policy to prevent abuse of power as far as possible.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″]

Developing the Spiritual Part of the Order of Life through a narrative process and involving the Sisters of all Provinces in this process. Enabling everyone to participate.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″]

Addressing the theme of a holistic ecology on the ground of Franciscan spirituality. Developing and implementing concrete ecological projects. Linking the theme of responsibility for creation to our mission for the poor.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″]

Every Sister is missionary, and we are missionary together. Living the attitudes of fraternity and minority in the encounter with people.
