Journey to the roots

From 05. until May 25, 10 South African fellow sisters were in Germany and Italy on the traces of our history. The first week took place in Germany, mainly in Sießen at the Motherhouse, but also with visits to Dillingen and Oggelsbeuren, where our community began, and also on the Bussen and in Freiburg. Then we went to Assisi, in the footsteps of Francis and Clare of Assisi. This included a visit to Rome, the Rieti Valley and La Verna.
With a wealth of impressions and new impulses for their own vocation, they returned to South Africa!
