Resignation from Office

On the day before the election of the new General Leadership, the outgoing leadership always steps down from office during a liturgical celebration. This step is symbolized by the Superior General laying aside her cross of office. We now ask for your prayers to accompany the election of the new General Leadership on August 10, 2026.
